Mater Academy

This 800 student K-8 charter school project is based on the adaptive re-use of an existing medical supply distribution facility. The removal of a second existing 40,000 square foot building facilitated the development of a uniquely compact and efficient campus. Consilium’s creative sequencing and scheduling techniques compressed the time from the submission of the permit application to certificate of occupancy to less than six months.
